United Local School District

• United Local Schools can provide individual instruction to students who are unable to attend classes because of accident, illness, or disability.  Documentation of the medical condition shall be done through a physician licensed to practice in Ohio, who must certify the nature of the medical condition and state the probable duration of the confinement. Parents need to notify their child’s school counselor to begin this process.  A link regarding home instruction is available below.
