Treasurer’s Office

The Treasurer serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the United Local School District and is responsible for managing the district’s financial resources with transparency and accountability. The Treasurer’s Office oversees budgeting, financial forecasting, payroll, accounts payable, investments, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Public school funding in Ohio comes from a combination of state funding and locally approved property tax levies. These funds support the daily operations of the district, including instruction, transportation, building maintenance, and student programs. The Treasurer’s Office works to ensure these resources are managed responsibly while supporting the district’s mission of providing quality educational opportunities for students.

Commitment to the Community

The United Local School District values the trust placed in it by taxpayers, families, and the community. The Treasurer’s Office is committed to maintaining strong financial stewardship, transparency, and accountability while supporting the district’s mission of providing an excellent education for all students.

Community members with questions regarding district finances are always welcome to contact the Treasurer’s Office.
