Jake Sommers Drum Clinic is this Saturday December 13 at 7pm in the United High School Gym. This event is free and open to the public. Jake is the drummer for Luke Combs. This event has been sponsored by the Salem Music Centre and will include free giveaways and raffles of music memorabilia.

We’re excited to share a series of posts introducing our grade-level teams to the United Local community! Our teachers work tirelessly every day and have a genuine love for their students.
Elementary Principal Mrs. Cooper asked each grade-level team to take a team photo to share—and they did not disappoint! Our teachers’ personalities, creativity, and sense of humor truly shine through, and they always know how to make Mrs. Cooper laugh.
First up, meet our amazing Kindergarten Team: Mrs. Schopfer, Mrs. Bussard, Ms. Schonauer, Mrs. Williams, and our Intervention Specialist, Ms. Salmen. These wonderful ladies are the first faces our students see when beginning their journey at United. They make our youngest learners feel safe, welcomed, and happy, while always planning engaging and fun learning experiences.

Our kindergarten students have been busy with their Thanksgiving turkey projects! The challenge? To disguise their turkeys so they don’t get “eaten” on Thanksgiving. 🦃✨
Students’ creativity has been amazing—turkeys have been transformed into Santa, pumpkins, trees, and so much more! One of our friends, Lincoln, took it to the next level by disguising his turkey as our very own Elementary Principal, Mrs. Cooper. Lincoln, your creativity and sense of humor are absolutely delightful—Mrs. Cooper loved it! 👏💛
