Attention United Local Parents, Staff and Seniors, The Graduation Ceremony scheduled for today, Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 6:30 PM, has been relocated to the High School Gymnasium. We look forward to celebrating this special occasion with you indoors.

Reminder to United Local parents, students and staff. There will be no school on Monday, May 26, 2025, as we observe Memorial Day.

We are very excited to announce that the United Local Schools has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign academic and athletic forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update. All current parents with the District will receive a confirmation email from FinalForms on May 30, 2025.

United Local Schools Prom Committee is having a fundraiser on Thursday, May 22, 2025 from 4:00-9:00 PM at Raising Cane's in Alliance, Ohio. Mention the fundraiser at the Alliance restaurant or apply the code RCFUND96 to online or app orders at checkout and Cane's will donate 15% of net sales to the United Local Schools Prom Committee.

A Day of Memory on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 10:00am at the United Local Schools (Football Stadium Entrance) a Memorial Service will be held in memory of students who passed away over the history of United Local Schools, before having the opportunity to graduate. Our high school Student Council sponsors the program, and flowers will be available for individuals to stop by and plant at the entrance of the Football Stadium. In the event of inclement weather, the Memorial Service will be canceled, but friends, family of United students can plant a flower in remembrance of the United student at another time.

Legos Needed! The United Local Middle School is looking for Lego Donations to use for an activity for the 2025-2026 school year. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated! We kindly ask that any donations be sent to the office with Mrs. Raymond's name on it.

On Monday, May 12, 2025, Skywarn Spotter training at CCCTC, this is open to the public, registration starts at 6pm, event to start at 6:30pm, free event. On Wednesday, May 15, 2025, Live Wire with First Energy for First Responders in Salem at 1441 Depot Road at 6:30pm, free event. If you and/or anyone would like to attend the Live Wire event, please call the EMA at 330-424-9725 to pre-register, First Energy would like an estimated head count. Please pass this on to anyone that you think might be interested in these events.

United Volleyball Shoe Drive May 5th – June 13th ● The United Volleyball Team is having a new and used shoe drive this month. ● All types of gently worn shoes are being accepted: sandals, dress shoes, athletic shoes, boots, etc. Kids', women’s, and men’s shoes are welcome. ● Sport cleats that have been outgrown or retired are also welcome. ● Our goal is to donate at least 2,500 pairs of shoes to developing countries worldwide. Clean out those closets and help our team! Drop off bags or boxes of shoes to Mr. Brunner in room 217 or in the school office.
