United Local Schools held their National Honor Society Induction Ceremony on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. The students selected into National Honor Society demonstrated leadership, character, scholarship, and service to become a member of this prestigious society. Yesterday our CCP Anatomy and Forensic Science students had an incredible opportunity at Cleveland State University, where they participated in a cadaver lab experience. This hands-on learning allowed students to explore human anatomy in a real-world setting and deepen their understanding of the concepts they study in the classroom.





Two United Local High School seniors signed to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level.
Kadin Schonauer will be playing baseball at Muskingum College, where he will major in Sports Management.
Tyler Wood will be playing football at Geneva College and plans to major in Criminal Justice.
We congratulate Kadin and Tyler on this exciting next chapter!

United Local Spaghetti Dinner Concert
This event will take place on Friday March 13th from 4:30-8:30 PM. Dinner will be served from 4:30-7:30 PM with music starting at 5:30 PM. The dinner/ concert will take place in the United Junior High School Gymnasium/ Cafeteria with performances from all bands grades 5-12. Tickets for this event will be available at the door for $10 Adults and $7 Students/Seniors. Parking is available in the new parking lot and entry will be through Door A.
Please come out and enjoy great music and food, while supporting the arts.

Yesterday our Conservation Science students had the opportunity to learn the art of fly tying for fly fishing.
A special thank you to Mr. Ronald Swope for coming in and sharing his time and expertise with our students. Experiences like this help bring classroom learning to life and connect students to real-world outdoor skills and traditions.

United Local High School Academic Challenge Varsity and JV teams both finished first in their division this season in the Mahoning League. On Saturday 2/28, United Local Varsity tied for fifth place in the league tournament, which included 28 schools from all three divisions around Ohio. A team of six United Local students will travel to compete in the National Small Schools Tournament near Chicago in April.
