Agriculture education Students had the opportunity today to learn from an industry professional, Mr. Glavan. He is a retired Ag teacher and professional meat processor. Students learned knife sharpening and management, meat science, meat processing, wild game processing and animal anatomy and physiology. They had the opportunity to help break down a carcass of a buck taken by United locals own Holden Stryffeler on opening day. They learned muscle cuts, organ functions and locations, and had the chance to process some meat into burger. Students even got to try beef heart as part of the lesson. It was a great day to learn in Ag. Clas
