Students in Mr. Gentry's 8th grade intro to agriculture class wrapped up their Food Science unit with the "everything food science" lab. Students got to taste test varieties of the same type of food to determine differences in name brand vs. generic, develop new packaging and branding for eggs, test the effectiveness of their packaging, and determine aromas of food flavors.
