Students grew 3 cover crop types including rye grass, annual rye and clover hydroponically at United. They then built lit display boxes to showcase the root mass each cover crop produced!
Todd Bricker, local Byron Seed dealer has them on display to educate potential customers on the benefits of various cover crop types. Make real connections, educating the youth with hands on learning🌱

🥇UNITED FFA OFFICER BOOKS ALL EARN GOLD RATING!!! 🥇
Over the past year, the United FFA officers team have worked diligently to complete the 3 National FFA Officer book requirements. These are extremely in-depth record books that are evaluated based on a stringent rubric. The records within the books cover an entire year of the United FFA chapter's records, achievements, financials, meeting minutes, and more!
Though the books are linked to the officers who hold the respective offices, these GOLD RATINGS have been a huge team effort, and we could not be more proud of this team's achievements!
