Nate Hall has earned his graduation seal in Engineering through certifications in Autodesk AutoCAD, Inventor, and Fusion. As a result of his pre-engineering expertise, he was able to design a bolt and nut that perfectly fit together using Fusion and his new 3-D Printer. Nate created a 3-D model in Fusion Solid Works and exported that file to the slicer program, which then allowed him to print the 3-D model in exact dimensions in real life. This use of these programs allows engineers to make quick, precise models of what they are creating. It also allows for quick changes and modifications as needed or desired for prototyping. Pretty Cool!
