NHS is sponsoring Battle of the Classes T-Shirts this year. The deadline for the order forms is this Friday, April 21st. The shirts are $15 for XS - XL, and $17 for XXL+. Order forms can be turned in to Mr. Kilroy. If you are in need of extra forms, see Mr. Kilroy. If paying by check, make it out to United Local School District.
Senior Building Trades students are ready to find buyers for their garden sheds! They have decided to host an online auction. Those interested in purchasing a shed can visit the following website: https://www.myminiauction.com/unitedwoodshop2023
The sheds are not completely done...but will be completed by the time the auction ends on May12th. There will also be Bluebird Boxes and Picnic Tables added to the auction upon completion.

Congratulations Landon Jones for passing the Microsoft Excel Expert Certification Exam today! This is Landon’s FIFTH certification this year. He is the second person in the history of United Local Schools to pass the Microsoft Excel Expert Certification exam. And he didn’t just squeak by; his score was very high. Congratulations Landon Jones!!!
NASTARI CONTINUES TO SET NEW RECORDS!
Kaleb Nastari ran today at the GlenOak Second Sole Elite track meet. He came in first in the 1600m run with a new school record time of 4:14.64. Kaleb then won the 800m run with a meet and stadium record time of 1:52.77.

A big congratulations to the United Local Junior High Band soloist that competed at OMEA State Solo/ Ensemble contest this morning! Everyone received Superior and Excellent Ratings! Atlee Brinker, Brittany Miller, Caroline Moser, and Katherine Wolfgang (Superior Trumpet Quartet). Chloe Angelo (Superior Xylophone Solo), Isaiah Conway (Superior Piano/ Baritone Solos), Sydney Thompson (Superior Trumpet Solo), Gavin Coffee (Excellent Alto and Tenor Saxophone Solos), Haylee Rininger (Excellent Flute Solo), and Mckenzie Cope (Excellent Flute Solo). The United 6th Grade Band got to hear the Dana School of Music Saxophone Studio perform today at the Butler Art Museum. They got to see the art at the Butler, along with tour some of the YSU campus. Hopefully some of these kids will be the performers, artists, and YSU students in about 6 more years!
